I currently am in-network with Dean, The Alliance, and Badgercare through Dean, Quartz, and GHC. I also provide counseling to clients who wish to pay out-of-pocket.

Nope! I work with anyone, no matter who they are or how they identify, who is interested in exploring more about who they are and where they are going as they work through life challenges. While I seek provide a space for men to seek mental health care in a way that is safe, healing and free from judgment, I provide counseling to a wide range of clients.

A counseling session typically lasts about 50-60 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.

I draw from a wide range of interventions and methods, including mindfulness, existential, body-centered, and schema therapy approaches. However, I see the working relationship between you as the client and me as the counselor as the most important aspect of counseling, and my main focus connecting with you and ensuring I'm providing a space that feels welcoming, safe, and comfortable.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-In Training (LPC-IT) and Substance Use Counselor-In Training (SAC-IT) in the State of Wisconsin. This means that I am permitted to provide counseling services under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional as I work towards full licensure. I can provide my supervisor's information to clients upon request.

I also am a National Certified Counselor, a certification issued by the National Board of Certified Counselors indicating having met national standards in professional counseling.
