Everyone goes through challenges. Regardless of who you are, moving through life can be really hard sometimes. It can leave us feeling tired, defeated, and struggling. Maybe we feel depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or just uncertain about who we are.
But way too often, guys are taught at a young age to keep their problems to themselves, that asking for help is admitting defeat, that I shouldn’t be feeling like this.
Feeling this way isn’t a sign of failure. It’s a sign of your humanity. And sometimes, having someone to talk with can make a big difference.
When we first meet, that’s how things will start: just sitting down, talking, and getting to know each other. It can take time to build trust, and that’s ok. My main purpose is to listen deeply, to connect with you, and to understand your concerns.
As we get to know each other, we can explore what you’re dealing with more deeply, at your pace and on your terms. Through a holistic, strengths-based approach, I’ll provide opportunities for you to slow down, tune in, and reflect on what you’re going through.
